During an internship in 2005 in Sri Lanka, Dennis promised his guest family that he would build new and better tuktuks someday. As a toy designer with a fascination for lego, he knows all about the importance of the fun factor in design. He won the Expat Award for manufacturing. He's 'our man in Thailand'. He runs the factory. He own a unicorn onesie.
Romeo learned his mechanical skills during his 6 years with the Dutch armed forces. Fixing cars also became his passion. Even after a long week of working at TTF he still loves to work on other types of vehicles. He loves to sport and het loves a good party. But who doesn't?
As an Industrial Design Engineer with a heart beating for cars, Marijn never likes to stay on the beaten path. Graduating at Delft University of Technology he created an electric three wheeled tuk tuk. This led to the start of Tuk Tuk Factory. Marijn is not only a product designer, but also an engineer, graphic designer, taxi driver, mechanic, production worker and test driver.
Douwe spent his entire career in sales and operations areas. Combines a strong commercial drive with a healthy obsession for the structured approach and data analysis. Has a proven track record in relationship management and new business. Spices up the sales team with his experience, knowledge and of course his ever so fun and friendly personality.
At 14 Alexander started started selling beads and mirrors on the beaches of the Netherlands. Got properly trained at the talent development program at SNS Banks. He tries to steer his team not sell but to find the best solution for our clients. That sometimes means selling no. But most of the times it means: let's go!
An engineer from TU Delft, Roland started his career at Unilever and InBev as responsible for purchasing. He's found a possibility at TTF to start his own company with this group of young and hungry guys. Under his wings TukTuk Factory grew into a company producing and selling hundreds of e-Tuks per year. And hopefully thousands in the near future.
In her past life, Sabrina was an Accountmanager at Rabobank and also a Management Assistent and HR employee. When she became a mother, she began to look at the world a little differently. Today, she loves to make the world a bit more fun and friendly with Tuk Tuk Factory.
